Blood disorders and cancers affect thousands of adults every year in the UK. At King’s the haematology team are busy developing new life saving and life improving treatments. With our support they can create and trial new treatments for a variety of blood conditions. Professors are currently working on cutting-edge treatments for blood disorders including gene therapy and CAR-T.
